Redesign the way work feels
ZenWorkspace gives teams a safe, structured way to uncover what's getting in their way, learn from the work itself, and turn what they discover into practical improvements they can test over 90 days.
Your team owns the improvement. You get the visibility to support it.
ZenWorkspace is currently invitation only. We're partnering with a small number of teams for our first Momentum Seasons.

The gap nobody owns
Most companies have no system for turning that learning into team improvement.
Formal training helps people learn what the organization already knows. Surveys help organizations understand what people are experiencing. But much of what teams discover while doing the work can still stay trapped with individuals.
ZenWorkspace creates the structure for teams to surface what they're experiencing, think together, share what they're learning, and improve how they work.
See the product
See one Momentum Season, start to finish: what the team discovered, what they chose to try, and what they learned by Day 90.
Meet Momentum Season
It starts with an anonymous scan and becomes a rhythm your team runs together.
Everyone privately shares how work really feels, compared with their own ideal. The quietest voice carries the same weight as the loudest.
An interactive experience turns the data into a human conversation. The team discovers its Pattern, reveals its Momentum Source and Momentum Drain, and makes sense of what's really happening, together.
The team does the thinking. Momentum Quest creates protected space for teammates to talk honestly about the work, make sense of what they're experiencing, and decide what they want to try together.
Based on what the team uncovered, ZenWorkspace recommends a few Trails worth exploring. The team talks through the ideas, adapts them, or creates its own.
Together, they land on one Trail Agreement to practice during the season.
ZenWorkspace turns the team's agreement into a 90-day rhythm. Trail Guide shows up where the team already works, helping them remember what they chose, check in, and learn from what happens.
A rescan and the Expedition Map show where the team started, what it tried, what it learned, and what moved. Then the team keeps what worked and begins again.
The artifact
Your Expedition Map brings the season together: where the team started, its Source and Drain, the Trail it chose, what it practiced, what it learned, and what changed by Day 90.
Two sides, one system
Teams need room to be honest. Leaders need enough visibility to actually help.
We reveal the pattern, not the person. Individual answers stay anonymous. Leaders receive team-level insight they can act on.
Why this matters now
The next few years will bring new tools, workflows, and expectations. Formal training will still matter, but it can't capture everything people discover while doing rapidly changing work.
Teams need another capability: the ability to notice, think, share, learn, and adapt together. That takes intentional moments to challenge assumptions, understand each other, learn from experience, and decide how to work differently.
The future of work needs more than intelligent tools. It needs intentional human systems.
Not another training program. Not another engagement survey. A structured way for your team to learn from the work itself and keep improving how it works together.
