Why Zenbites
Between deadlines, customer demands, meetings, and constant change, it’s easy to move from one task to the next without a moment to pause.
Zenbites brings a short, guided mindfulness experience into a meeting your team already has. Each session is built around a recognizable workplace moment, from navigating pressure to regaining focus or closing the year with intention.
A small pause, thoughtfully designed for real working lives.
What a Zenbite is for
Long before a meeting starts, the mind is already full: inboxes, deadlines, the news, worries that follow us in and out of work. A Zenbite gives it ten minutes to settle, so people can return to the rest of the day calmer, clearer and more focused.
What a short guided pause aims for. Not a medical or therapeutic promise.

Meet the creator
Zenbites was created by Steven Onana, an experienced people leader who has spent more than two decades working across technology, engineering, sales, customer success, and team leadership, including at Microsoft.
From engineering teams to fast-paced sales organizations, Steven has worked alongside professionals navigating demanding targets, difficult customers, constant change, and the everyday pressures of working together.
For nearly four years at Microsoft, he brought short, guided mindfulness experiences into regular workplace meetings, helping colleagues create a moment to pause without adding another commitment to their calendars.
Zenbites grew from that experience.
Created by a leader. Designed for people at work.
The experience, in their words
Before becoming a service available to organizations, Zenbites grew through more than five years of guided mindfulness moments in workplace meetings, including at Microsoft, reaching hundreds of participants, from frontline teams to executive leaders. Here’s what people remember.
More than five years. Hundreds of participants. Ten minutes at a time.
“It felt like a breeze in the middle of a busy day.”
“It was a wonderful moment to recenter together before our long conference.”
“I didn’t even realize how much I needed this! I already feel more relaxed and focused.”
