The Momentum Quest belongs to the team. You won't attend it, run it, or see anyone's individual answers — and that's exactly why it works. Honest answers need a safe space, and lasting change needs team ownership.

The sponsorship process
Once your season is confirmed you'll receive two emails: your Sponsor Brief, and a Pathfinder Invitation ready to forward to the teammate you'd like to nominate. Forward it — that's your only task.
Your Pathfinder shares one link. Each teammate takes a short, structurally anonymous scan about how work feels today. The team has seven days — the pattern unlocks the moment everyone's in.
A personalized virtual team experience built entirely from their responses. They discover their Team Pattern and design one Trail Agreement to start using right away. Self-guided, no facilitator — and no sponsors in the room.
When the team's pattern unlocks, your Map arrives by email: their Team Pattern, Superpower, Blind Spot, and the trail conditions the team identified — where your backing will matter most. Never who said what.
The sponsor's code
You never attend the Quest or see individual answers. The safety is structural — it's what makes the honesty possible.
The Trail Agreement is theirs to design. It sticks because they built it — not because it was assigned.
The Map shows the trail conditions your team named. Acting on even one is how trust compounds.
Encourage participation once, then trust the process. Teams move when it feels like an invitation, not a mandate.
