Why Players-Only
Your team talks more openly when you’re not in the room. That’s the point.
It isn’t about keeping you out. With a manager present, people naturally report progress and manage impressions. A Players-Only Quest gives your team space to say how work really feels, hear each other and choose one change it can make itself.
Not everything that slows a team down shows up in a dashboard: unspoken tension, uneven effort, a newcomer who doesn’t feel part of things yet. The Quest gives your team a safe way to name what’s hard to measure or flag, and do something about it.
You never see individual answers. Only team-level results, the team’s chosen change, and its request.

No. It gives the team a structure for learning from its own work, deciding what to improve, and testing that change together.
Are their answers really anonymous?
Yes. Individual responses are never shown to you or anyone else. You see the team-level picture, never who said what.
What will I see as the leader?
Where the team started, what it chose, what it carried forward, the support it asked for, and its Momentum Quest report at Day 30. The team’s written learning stays with the team.
What does it cost?
From $795 per team of up to 10: the Scan, a facilitated Quest, 30 days with two short check-ins, and a summary of what the team learned. Virtual facilitation is included; larger teams and in-person sessions are quoted.
Do I take part in the team’s conversation?
No. The team makes sense of things together, which is what gives it the ownership to act.
