Yes. Individual responses are never shown to you, to whoever sponsored the season, or to anyone else. They’re used only to build the team’s Quest. You see the team-level picture, never who said what.
After the Quest, you receive the Expedition Map: a team-level view of what they discovered, the change they chose, and where they may need your support. It’s designed to show you where to help, not to hand you individual data to manage.
No. Momentum Quest is a players-only expedition. Managers and team leaders don’t take part, so the team has the space to explore and speak honestly. Your role is to sponsor it and support what they discover.
