A Momentum Quest in progress
The gap nobody owns
Every team develops its own way of working.
Maybe people trust each other and step in when someone needs help.
Maybe important things aren’t being said until they become problems.
Maybe the way work is organized makes it harder for people to do their best.
These things can be easy to miss in the pace of everyday work. But over time, they shape how a team works.
Research on team effectiveness consistently points to the importance of how teams work together, not simply who is on them. Teams also benefit when they have space to reflect on how they’re working and adjust together.
Teams need a way to periodically step outside the work and work on how they work together.
Too often, that responsibility falls almost entirely on the manager. ZenWorkspace gives the team a structure for doing it together.

See one Momentum Season, start to finish: what the team discovered, what they chose to try, and what they learned by Day 90.
Meet Momentum Season
It starts with an anonymous Scan, becomes a conversation the team owns, and continues through a simple rhythm built into the team’s calendar.
The anonymous Momentum Scan captures how the team is experiencing the way work happens today. No open-text responses. No individual reporting. Eight teammates means eight equally weighted perspectives.

The Momentum Quest is built from everyone’s anonymous Scan. The team predicts its results, uncovers its Momentum Source and Momentum Drain, and talks through what those patterns might mean in the real work.
They don’t just receive findings. They make sense of them together.

Based on what the team uncovered, ZenWorkspace gives them directions worth exploring. They can protect something that’s working, improve something that’s making work harder, or create something better.
For Northstar, the team chooses Smooth the Path and turns it into a Trail Agreement in its own words.

Work gets busy. Good intentions fade. ZenWorkspace turns the team’s Trail Agreement into four guided Trail Stops across the 90-day Season, with the agreement, purpose, and conversation already included.
No one has to design the follow-up or become the team’s follow-up person. The calendar brings everyone back to the conversation.
One download. Four guided conversations already structured for your team.
Add the calendar file to Outlook, Google Calendar, or your existing team calendar. Each event includes your Trail Agreement and its agenda.
At the end of the Season, the team reflects together and takes the anonymous Momentum Scan again. ZenWorkspace brings the Season together so the team can see what changed, what it learned, and what it wants to carry forward.

Whatever is actually in the way
Maybe it's workload. Maybe people aren't speaking up. Maybe good work goes unrecognized, trust is low, or the way work is organized is creating friction.
The Scan helps each team uncover what's getting in their way. The Quest helps them understand it and choose a Trail forward.
Here are a few places different teams might begin.

Same system. Same hour. A completely different conversation every time, because the team's own answers decide where it starts.
The Expedition Map
The team chooses what to try, practices it together, and learns from the result.
Your Expedition Map shows the team's Source and Drain, the Trail Agreement it chose, the Trail Stops on its Season Path, what changed by Day 90, and where your support can make a difference.
You never need to join the team's session or take over its decisions.
You see what the team chose, and where your support helps.

Leader
We reveal the pattern, not the person. Individual answers stay anonymous. Leaders see team-level insight they can act on.
Why this matters now
As AI changes what we do, how we do it, and what we expect from one another, teams will have to keep adapting.
But adaptation can’t only come from the top. The people doing the work need space to step outside of it, look at how they’re working together, challenge old assumptions, and decide what needs to change.
I believe the teams that thrive in this next era will be the ones that get better at doing that together.
The future of work needs more than intelligent tools. It needs intentional human systems.
One Quest. One agreement. One calendar file.
Your team decides what matters. ZenWorkspace structures what comes next, so the agreement has somewhere to live after everyone gets back to work.
ZenWorkspace is currently invitation only. We're partnering with a small number of teams for our first Momentum Seasons as we build the next generation of the experience.
