The Momentum Scan

Privacy & Anonymity

The Momentum Scan works only if every teammate can answer honestly. That is why anonymity isn't a policy we promise โ€” it's how the scan is built.

No account or email requiredYou complete the scan without giving your name, email address, or personal profile. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing to log in to.
No written commentsEvery response is a simple 1–10 rating. There are no open-text answers that could reveal how you speak or what specific experience you had.
A temporary team linkYour team's scan link is temporary — it's open for a seven-day window, then closes. Responses are saved against your team's code, never against a person.
No individual resultsZenWorkspace does not create personal scores or individual reports. A single response is never shown on its own — the team pattern unlocks only once enough teammates have completed the scan.
Only the shared team pattern is revealedYour team and its sponsor see combined insights from the group — not who selected what.
Team space firstThe Momentum Quest is completed by the people doing the work together. Leadership receives only the team-level Expedition Map — never individual responses.
Why we built it this way

ZenWorkspace exists to give teams a meaningful voice. If people cannot answer honestly, the experience cannot work. Protecting that trust is not an extra feature. It is part of the design.

Can my manager or sponsor see my answers?

No. What your manager, sponsor, or anyone in leadership sees is the combined team pattern — the shared picture your whole team creates together. Individual ratings are never displayed, exported, or reported.

Is anything stored that identifies me?

Your ratings are saved against your team's code, not against you. The scan asks for no name, email address, or personal profile, so there is no identity attached to your response in the first place.

What if my team is small?

The team pattern unlocks only once enough teammates have completed the scan. A single response is never shown on its own, and no view exists that isolates one person's answers from the group.

Why are there no comment boxes?

Written answers can reveal who wrote them — through phrasing, specific incidents, or writing style. Keeping every response to a 1–10 rating removes that risk entirely. The conversation about what the pattern means happens where it belongs: inside your team, during the Momentum Quest.

What happens when the seven-day window ends?

Your team's scan link is temporary. It's open for a seven-day window, then closes. After that, your team's results exist only as the shared pattern.

Should I answer the way things are supposed to be?

Answer from your real experience — how work feels today, not how you wish it felt or how you think it should look. There are no right answers. Honest ones are what make the team pattern true, and the pattern is what helps your team choose a better trail.
