How we protect your answers
The Scan only works if people can be honest. Here’s exactly what happens to what you share.
We don’t ask for your name or email in the Scan, and there are no comment boxes. You rate statements from 1 to 10, or skip any you can’t answer.
Answers are combined into team averages. Nobody on your team or in your organization, including your manager or sponsor, sees an individual’s answers.
What your team discusses and writes during the Quest and Reflect stays with the team unless it chooses to share it.

Small teams get less detail, on purpose.
In a team of three, a detailed breakdown could hint at who answered what. So below 5 responses, your sponsor sees only the seven condition scores, the same as your team.
Anonymous isn’t a magic word. It’s a set of choices about what we collect and what we show, and we’d rather show less than put anyone in an awkward spot.
The fine print, in plain words
Individual answers are deleted 100 days after you give them. After that, only your team’s averages remain, so your team can compare its Summit Scan with where it started.
The Scan link identifies your team, not you. Answers are stored with the date only, never the time, and never with an IP address or device ID. Your browser simply remembers that you’ve answered, so it isn’t counted twice.
