What’s a Sponsor? The person who gives the team the opportunity to take part in Momentum Quest, usually their manager. The Sponsor supports the team from the outside, sees team-level results, and decides whether to fund the Season if the team wants to continue after Day 30. The team leads its own Quest.

What’s a Pathfinder? A teammate who helps get the Quest started. They invite everyone to the Scan, schedule the Quest, and open each Trail Stop. No preparation or facilitation needed: the experience guides the team, and the Pathfinder participates like everyone else.
